Masks and any wearable items, are sold "as is". All sales are final. This means no refunds after you have sent payment.

Due to strict hygeneic standards, We have a strict NO REFUND policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The no return policy is also due to the fact that once you send payment, you have also paid the artist to buy supplies and use the artist time to prepare and go forward with the process of creating your art. The money you pay actually pays for the materials and the artist's time. It is very rare that there is a way to refund 'work' "time" and "paid supplies". So please be very careful and know what you have chosen by your purchase.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a new item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—

If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced new merchandise within 10 business days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange. HOWEVER, returns are limited to NEW PRODUCTS ONLY.

All shipping costs are non refundable and shipping fees returns are to be paid by the customer.

Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check, and items have not been used , worn, or mis-treaded including packaging.

We do not currently accept online returns and exchanges internationally. For more information, please ask at the " contact us " page.


All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a international return, returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and we will notify you via email. No refund will be issued.
